texi2html -> texi2any conversion help

Hi

I have put together a tarball of our shortest manual.

It has use_texi2html with a simplified version of our texi2html
invocation and our texi2html_init file.

Rather than bounce a bunch of stupid emails, I would appreciate
if you could provide the equivalent texi2any versions.

Then I can try to find our automake/autoconf build system
into submission to switch between them. :(
