No, they are now in
http://download-mirror.savannah.gnu.org/releases/texinfo/t2h_tests_results.tar.gz
My wild guess is that I am the only one sometime using the texi2html
tests, so it is not a big deal if they are not portable, in fact many
portability issues solved in tp/ are not solved in the texi2html tests.
