The build stops because of this error. I haven't checked, but my guess
is that this is indeed an error in the Texinfo source, which was not
caught previously.

All the remaining are only warning, so they won't make the build stop.
Here, to be sure I'd have to look at the source, my first guess is that
either there are some inconsistent menus and sectioning structures, or
there are some missing explicit node directiosn.
Tell me if you want me to look at the manual.
