Another question: Is it possible to convince texinfo.tex to look for a
config file before the first page is shipped out?
What I have in mind is that Americans prefer letter paper and
Europeans prefer A4. It's not necessarily the same format an author
prefers. And those who have duplex printers prefer two-page layouts
while others have different preferences.
I must admit that I'm not very familiar with texinfo ATM. I searched
for "conf" in the PDF documentation. There were some hits regarding
HTML and the others (correctly :) matched the word "confuse".
Is it possible to have such a config file?
