texi2dvi and biber

biblatex [1] is the new way of doing bibliography stuff.
While biblatex can run with the old bibtex backend,
the new biber [2] has several advantages.

Here is the patch to texi2dvi to support generation of
bibliography using biber. It is kind of trivial, but seems to work on my thesis.
