I agree. It is something I blindly took from makeinfo 4, but I agree
that it doesn't make much sense.

In fact, I could not find any correct way to translate presentation
markup. I think I left what was already there as is, but I didn't add
anything for @sansserif. My personnal choice would have been not to
have any markup, as there is no presentation markup in DocBook.
