Details:
It attached an exemple (it is not really minimal, but you will easily see what
happens).
I am a dumb user, and I set:
@documentencoding US-ASCII
in the document header (line 6), but at the same time I do
* Mon entrée:Mon noeud. Tra lala
with `é' at line 59. texi2any then makes this error message:
ascii "\xE9" does not map to Unicode at
c:/Programme/GNU/installation/texinfo-install/trunk/tp//Texinfo/Parser.pm line
1913, <FH> line 6.
which is not really easy for the dumb user to find that his/her error is
related to line 59 and due to his/her non observance of the encoding
declaration of line 6 --- well does the `line 6' in error message relate to
line 6 of temp.texi ?
So, this is not _really_ a bug, but a suggestion for improvement.
