Hmm, but still, suddenly with the upload of TL2014 these problems
occurred. To explain a bit the situation:
* the file cm-super-t1.enc has been in a separate Debian package
cm-super-minimal since 2007, thus also with TL 2012 in stable.
* most (all?) FTBFS are related to texi2dvi (or friends)
I also conpared the psfonts.map between 2012 (Debian stable) and
2014, and they are the same wrt to ecrm fonts.
So the only idea I have is that dvipsPreferOutline has changed
from false to true, which is also false ....
So what remains is a mystery ...
