In info version in fedora 20: info-5.1-4.fc20.x86_64,
Running "info info" asks new users to:
"If you are new to the Info reader and want to learn how to use it,
type the command 'h' now. It brings you to a programmed instruction
sequence."
'h' brings up a help list. It should prompt new users to hit 'H' which
brings the user to the Help-Small-Screen node.
