Problem with capital letter with accents in node titles (txi-ca.tex)

I'm using txi-ca.tex in the development branch, which extended texinfo
to the Catalan language and allowed for some UTF-8 characters used in
Catalan (like the interpunct between l's). But I found out that
accented capital letters, which in Catalan are:

À, È, É, Í, Ó, Ò, Ú

are not allowed in node definitions. I attach a small example. I
believe this is a problem also in Spanish and other languages.
