I managed to get the same message by running "automake". It appears
that automake requires a "@setfilename" line even if Texinfo itself
doesn't. (I didn't have this problem when I took the line out because
I didn't have to rerun "automake".)
Thanks for reporting it, I'll put the line back in, and maybe suggest
to the Automake developers not to make the line mandatory.
