I am stepping down as Texinfo maintainer. I've been directing what
development energy I have into other things for a while now, and Gavin
has come forward with alacrity on all aspects of Texinfo. I'll keep
hanging around the mailing lists, etc., as long as it seems useful.
Brandon: I've updated the maintainers and activity-report.txt files.
