I have tried to build on Debian and three tests failed, all releated to
translations into French:
 test_scripts/coverage_formatting_fr.sh
 test_scripts/layout_formatting_fr_icons.sh
 test_scripts/formatting_documentlanguage_set_option.sh
In the diffs I see things like:
 address@hidden erreur->
 address@hidden error->
and similar things concerning translations.

I checked the scripts but they do not look like the locale is
being used.

Is it necessary to have a French locale available for these tests
to succeed? (I don't have any French locale generated)
