Still an issue with texinfo-6.0-1.fc23.x86_64

Also I see mangled URLs in the manual due to the same
<span class="nocodebreak">...</span> being added inside the <a> tags.
For example see the external URLs referenced from:

http://www.gnu.org/software/coreutils/manual/html_node/Options-for-date.html#Options-for-date
