broken gcc manual ling in htmlxref.cnf

Hi

It appears that some time ago GCC changed the file name of their GNAT
User's Guide from gnat_ugn_unw to just gnat_ugn, so the info is out of
date in htmlxref.cnf.

I've attached a diff but I guess it's simple enough to change
manually...
