This was a deliberate feature. I thought it looked better not to break
the line. Longer lines are still broken, see the entry for Chapter 4
in that manual for example. As you can see, the text is still in the
printable part of the page as it is to the right of the page number in
the top-right hand corner. If many people think that the new output
looks really awful, it could be changed back.
