info segfaults when using quotes in .infokey

To reproduce, make a .infokey file with:

#var
match-style="red,bold"

Then run: info/ginfo info
Segmentation fault.

The quotes may not be necessary,
but... to choke and die on them?

Found in 6.1, still present in 6.3 and 6.3.90.

(A difference between 6.3 and 6.3.90, is that
the latter clears the screen before it segfaults.)
