Mathieu Lirzin will be working as a Google Summer of Code student on JavaScript
to support key-board based navigation.

Separately from that, perhaps we could name the two links:

- Next page (next node sequentially)
- Next chapter (or Next section) (for next node same level)

If they're the same, one of them should be eliminated.
