Hi!

When I read Info manuals in Emacs, I often read them sequentially by pressing
space (bound to `Info-scroll-up'). However, in the web version (the one with
one node per page), there is no corresponding link, which makes it really hard
to read the manual sequentially.

Mathieu Lirzin will be working as a Google Summer of Code student on JavaScript
to support key-board based navigation.

Separately from that, perhaps we could name the two links:

- Next page (next node sequentially)
- Next chapter (or Next section) (for next node same level)

If they're the same, one of them should be eliminated.
