Well, yes, but then <Down> gets stuck at the end of a node again:
the scroll-behavior=continuous breaks down. And this behavior is
essential: holding down the <Down> key should scroll through the
entire document, no other keys required.
(Also, when using --vi-keys, it is a mystery to me how I select the
highlighted link. According to 14.1 in the info manual it should be
<Tab>, but that jumps to the next link. And <Enter> just scrolls
another line.)
