It needs to support JavaScript, and various modern features of
JavaScript. It doesn't work in all web browsers, especially not web
browsers that are a few years old.
If people want to test it with different web browsers and report here
whether it works or not, that could go into the documentation
(js/texinfo-js.texi).

It is a small wrapper around makeinfo that causes "info.js" to be
referenced in the created HTML files.
