Thanks for testing it. I suspect that it is not necessary for -lperl
to be passed (except maybe on Microsoft Windows). In
tp/Texinfo/XS/Makefile.am passing -lperl was conditional but under
tp/Texinfo/XS/parsetexi/Makefile.am it was unconditional. I am working
on using the same Makefile.am for both to resolve this discrepancy.
