It would be great if it could be bundled with the regular texinfo release,
and have 'makeinfo --html-js' "just work", even if it's marked "experimental".
(Perhaps also add --html-no-js or --html-plain flag as a synonym for --html,
in case we ever want to make --html default to --html-js in the future.)
