Thanks Patrice and Per for the suggestions.  I used class="texi-manual"
for now for external links (not "external" or "other-manual" in case
it somehow ended up in a link to the same manual).  Other info could
be added in the future if there was ever a use for it (such as whether
the target manual was split or non-split).
