Maybe the first and seconf paragraphe could be translated together as
they are very much linked to each other.

Ok. Should we do that for texi2any to?  If so, we need to add FIXME/TODO
in the code to remember to split the options when a string changes,
otherwise we (or at least I...) will never remember to do that.
