It seems that the manual for Ada mode now resides at:
https://www.nongnu.org/ada-mode/ada-mode.html
I didn't include it because Ada mode is not part of Emacs anymore and I
saw that all the other manuals are for packages included in Emacs. Ada
mode is distributed through GNU ELPA.
