I did that as well as adding informations corresponding to
JS_WEBLABELS_FILE.  Calibre seems to try to do something with the
javascript but it does not seems to work well if at all.  It can follow
the link to js_licenses.xhtml.

I also tried Foliage, but it does not have the js functionnalities
required, and shows the "'info.js' is not compatible with this browser"
message (also need to set 'allows unsafe content').  It also cannot
follow the link to js_licenses.xhtml.

I also tried Bookworm, but it fails to open the epub files.
