Somebody has to work out all the details.  And it may be, once the
problem is understood, that recommending another system like Doxygen might
be the outcome rather than extending Texinfo.

There would have to be a tool to extract the documentation from the source
files.  Since we're not going to write this tool perhaps working with
Doxygen (or another system) would be necessary.
