Thanks for the report.  This is my doing, a file for a test and it is
problematic already for other purposes (no possibility to put in make
dist).

Gavin already proposed the same, I also agree that it would be better.
I have no precise idea on how that can be done, but I'll try to generate
it as Gavin and you said.
