Name and purpose of CONVERT_TEXINFO_MATH_TO_LATEX variable

I was confused by the purpose of the CONVERT_TEXINFO_MATH_TO_LATEX setting.
As I understand it, it tries to convert any Texinfo commands in @math or
@displaymath to LaTeX equivalents.

For example, @math{a+b @b{foo}} being converted to HTML as

\(a+b \mathbf{foo}\)

The name is confusing because it implies that some conversion to LaTeX
always happens for whatever is inside; for example, converting plain
TeX to LaTeX somehow.

Can we think of a better name?

CONVERT_TEXINFO_COMMANDS_IN_MATH_TO_LATEX (too long)
LATEX_FOR_TEXINFO_IN_MATH
LATEX_FOR_COMMANDS_IN_MATH
LATEX_FOR_AT_COMMANDS_IN_MATH
NESTED_AT_COMMANDS_IN_MATH_TO_LATEX
CHANGE_AT_COMMANDS_IN_MATH_TO_LATEX
USE_LATEX_FOR_MATH_AT_COMMANDS
CONVERT_MATH_TEXINFO_TO_LATEX
CONVERT_MATH_AT_COMMANDS_TO_LATEX

CONVERT_MATH_TEXINFO_TO_LATEX might be a good choice. There is a
difference between "math Texinfo" - Texinfo that occurs inside @math
- and "Texinfo math" - implying @math or @displaymath that occurs
somewhere inside a Texinfo file. In the latter case the word "Texinfo"
is redundant.

The word "convert" is good to have because the conversion is done
internally with the LaTeX converter.

CONVERT_MATH_AT_COMMANDS_TO_LATEX would be grammatically confusing.

Using Texinfo commands inside @math should be very rare so it's not too
bad to have a slightly longer name for this.
