I've added an option --epub3.
I noticed that texi2any.pl loads epub3.pm from an installed location,
not from the source directory, which is something that it would
be good to fix.
I went for --epub3 instead of --epub because from what I read,
EPUB3 files may not be compatible with EPUB2 if they lacked
a toc.ncx file. We don't have code to generate one, so I assume
the files we generate aren't compatible.
If EPUB3 will replace EPUB2, and eventually lose its version number
and become just EPUB, then --epub might be the better choice of
option name. This is assuming that there is not an EPUB4 that
is something completely different.
EPUB (rather than ePub, epub) seems to be the style officially
used.
