On my machine, the file has

    GCC = https://gcc.gnu.org/onlinedocs
    gcc         node    ${GCC}/gcc/
     cpp                node    ${GCC}/cpp/
     gfortran   node    ${GCC}/gfortran/
     gnat_rm    node    ${GCC}/gnat_rm/
     gnat_ugn   node    ${GCC}/gnat_ugn/
     libgomp    node    ${GCC}/libgomp/
     libstdc++  node    ${GCC}/libstdc++/
     #

So where do these strange numbers come from?

https://gcc.gnu.org/onlinedocs/gcc/System_002dspecific-Predefined-Macros.html#System_002dspecific-Predefined-Macros

Could there be a bug in texi2any that handles hyphen wrong?
0x2d is the hex code for hyphen.

What does the source for that GCC manual say
for the node name? Does it have a space there, or a hyphen?
