That's not what I do, though. I use the MSYS tools. The reason is
simple: when the test suite runs Posix shell scripts, it is safer to
use MSYS tools than native MinGW tools.
However, I sometimes "fix" the MSYS tools, as I did with Diff, where
that fix solves 99.99% of problems with typical test suites.
