I could not find a way to make the libtexinfo and libtexinfoxs libraries
'internal' only. Maybe use noinst_LTLIBRARIES? I can't remember if I
tried and it did not work or if I did not understand how to do it. Also
it would be good if the -version-info could be removed but I think that
it is needed if the library is not fully internal.
Maybe one day libtexinfo could be a public library, but not for now
and libtexinfoxs should probably never ever be a public library.
