Thanks for clarification! How will wget interpret these CIDR parts of
variable no_proxy?
Will it ignore these parts of the variable?

Hello!
I've tried searching the archive but didn't find any recent

May I know if anything is planned in this area at all?
That area (proxy/no_proxy) definitely needs some love. But nothing
is
planned. The idea is to still fix bugs in wget and add new stuff in
wget2.
The code in wget2 currently has a comment
```
// May be a hostname, domainname (optional with leading dot or
wildcard), IP address.
// We do not support network address (CIDR) for now.
```
Any work for extending this is highly appreciated.
