isoinfo on my machine now shows '.' and '..'.

To be exacting:
The new images resemble the ones of mkisofs in an aspect where
isoinfo does not interpret the specs correctly.

It would be nice if isoinfo would interpret correctly the
ECMA-119/ISO 9660 directory entries with identifier 0 or 1,
regardless of the presence of NM entries.

They are optional in both version of the specs. Empty NM
are conformant to both versions.
(mkisofs produces Rock Ridge mainly according to RRIP-1.10
 with one crossover to 1.12 when dealing with hardlinks).
