Help Creating Linux ISO

I am am attempting to create a custom RHEL 7 ISO that will boot on BIOS
and UEFI.

The DVD will not boot when I select EFI from a virtual box VM.

Could you let me know what I am doing wrong?

I am using version 1.5.3 of xorriso

Below is the command I used to create the ISO
