CERTI 3.1 is now available[1] for GNU/Linux. The CERTI 3.1 release
includes a HLA 1.3 compliant .fed parser, a few new HLA services, HLA
1.3 fixes, and mainly bugfixes and internal changes. Source code
documentation[2] is being progressively improved through the use of
Doxygen[3].
