[Chicken-hackers] [PATCH] Make ##sys#zap-symbols obsolete

Hi all,

See the patch, it says it all.

It's a trivial change, but I wanted to make sure people know it's going
to be deprecated, and if anyone's using it hopefully they'll speak up.

I grepped the svn egg tree, and no egg is using it.

By the way, there's a lot of really old obsolete markings.  I guess
the last time we cleaned up is a long time ago.  We should rip out all
this old cruft as soon as 4.9.0 is out.
