I checked, and it looks like we have several problems on Windows right
now (at least with msys). I don't know exactly what is causing this yet.
For one, the csc-tests.scm doesn't work (somehow "../csc" seems to be
interpreted as just ".."?!), and I keep getting "cannot import from
undefined module: chicken" on some tests.
