 The ezd.1 man page is in the doc directory of the ezd egg, but it is
 discarded along with the rest of the cached files when the build is
 complete.  It should be copied into /usr/local/share/man/man1 (or the
 local equivalent), as it is the only good documentation of the whole ezd
 command set.
