[cp-patches] FYI: Update classpath box in generated documentation

Hi,

Julian advised to update the classpathbox in the generated documentation
to make it look nicer. So I did.

   * doc/api/Makefile.am (classpathbox): Use class logo and target _top.

Results of this, plus the latest gjdoc as always on
