[cp-patches] Fix for Eclipse-related Ælfred2 bu g

This fixes a problem in the Ælfred2 SAX parser whereby a 
MalformedURLException was being thrown even though a custom URI 
resolver was set on the parser instance. Reported by Michael Koch.
