Their code cannot be distributed under the GPL, but it can be used as
a library by Classpath or any other program, free or otherwise.  Their
code must be distributed according to their license.  So, has anyone
(gcj mentioned before) used Cryptix to provide the various providers
for java.security?  Since the RCA patents have expired it should be
possible to include it those algorithms now.
