See the page, it has a "1.0beta1" release zipfile that you can download.
It includes source, prebuilt "gnujaxp.jar" and javadoc.  It's got current
(bugfixed) interface files for SAX2 (r2pre3) and DOM Level 2, and
even implements most of the SAX2 "extensions 1.1beta" interfaces.
