I'm a bit swamped right now.

I need a volunteer to add the new Makefile to all the projects. Is
there anyone out there who wants to volunteer?


Briefly the task is this:

- inetgrate the new makefile into the xml, crypto, javamail and
  servlet api projects

- add to the makefile missing targets (eg: javadoc?)


I'll get round to this in the end but if anyone can take it on now
I'd be really grateful.


I've attached the new Makefile as a reference.
