* lib/autotest/general.m4 (AT_INIT): Dump config.log last.
Pass $at_debug_args to the rerun test suite.
* lib/m4sugar/Makefile.am (DISTCLEANFILES): New.
* bin/Makefile.am (ETAGS_SH): Don't use characters ranges.
