Log message:
        * src/bison.simple (YYSIZE_T): Do not define merely because
        YYSTACK_USE_ALLOCA is nonzero or alloca or _ALLOCA_H are defined.
        On some platforms, <alloca.h> does not declare YYSTD (size_t).
