I looked a bit into this and made a context diff plus changelog (the new 
patch). But I am not sure this is all there is to do. It looks like this is 
also necessary for e.g. bind(). So shouldn't this be changed so that 
getURLOrDefaultInitCtx() does the continuation context lookup?

Mark's patch work's for me, and is necessary to load JBoss 3.3.2. The only 
thing I have to mention is that the first hunk, with the FSF copyright year 
change, needs to be cut away, as that's already applied, since the files have 
been changed this year.

I have applied this patch since Dalibor verified that it was needed at least 
for kaffe to get JBoss booting up. But I keep thee patch open since I am still 
not convinced that something similar is not also necessary for someee of the 
other methods (like bind()).



Don't have time to look into it now though. So if someone could carefully read 
the spec or write some tests, that would be highly appreciated.
