Yes it was an old version.

Is the patchset OK ?

I have no suggestions for further improvement; we will need to wait for Dmitry V. Levin (who maintains these scripts) to look at them and make an official decision. Recent history suggests that he will need anywhere from a few days to a few weeks. Acceptances seem to take longer than rejections.
