I say yes.  More people should know about Cons.  I'll be glad to help
supply necessary information.

Note, though, that SCons is not a GNU project, so if Georg only writes
about actual FSF software, as opposed to generic open source projects,
SCons may not meet the criteria for getting written about in BGW.
